Happy Halloween!

The spookiest month of the year has arrived.

Halloween began as a day to dress up in costumes and dance at night around a bon fire.

It was thought that doing this would keep away bad spirits.

Later we got all the good things like “trick or treat” and celebrating the harvest.

This month we will learn about the different costumes, food and treats for this celebration.

There are traditional stories that we will also read.

ハッピーハロウィン🎃！

ハロウィーンは、衣装を着て夜に焚き火の周りを踊る日として始まったそうです。

これを行うと悪霊を遠ざけることができると考えられていたんです😊

その後、「トリック・オア・トリート」や収穫を祝うようなたのしい行事になったんですよ✨

今月は、このお祝いのさまざまな衣装、食べ物、おやつについて学びます。

伝統的なお話にもふれていきますよ😉
